Hierarchy

Guess who! Here is a sketch for this week's Illustration Friday topic "Hierarchy." This character is constantly striving to enforce and follow the hierarchical structure of his workplace. In addition to that, I just finished reading this really cool article that further illustrates this point:) I'm finding I should probably do some studies of male hands, because my short little toddler fingers are not useful as reference.
